Wildflower Havanese
Congratulations on considering a Wildflower Havanese puppy. Havanese are an
extraordinary choice as a show dog or personal pet. They are happy, healthy, and
an especially loving breed.

You can be assured that all
Wildflower Havanese puppies are born into a family
that first loves them and second places them in homes.  Our puppies receive the
best possible care from the moment they are born. We give puppies fresh frozen
plasma to boost immunity, engage our pups daily in the
Rule of Seven
socialization program, and provide neurological stimulation at key points in the
puppy’s brain development. This neurological stimulation is also known as the
Super Puppy Program.
Our Puppies
Havanese require weekly body care, including trimming of nails, cleaning their
teeth, and regular brushing of their coat. From day one (or as soon as they are
old enough), we establish a regular daily routine for our pups with set times for
eating, sleeping, and playing. We go over key grooming, eating, and potty
training techniques with new Havanese owners and continue to stay available
for questions and guidance.
Our loving pups are in such demand, that most of them have homes before
they're born.  If you are considering adopting a Havanese from
Wildflower
Havanese
, please contact us early as it is possible that you may wait for up to
six months to find the “right” puppy. We take special care to find the best fit for
every puppy and new owner. Together we will choose the puppy that is perfect for
you. Laura does the
puppy placement only after each puppy is born and she has
a good assessment of the pup’s personality and the new owner’s environment and
desires. By the time a
Wildflower Havanese puppy goes home, it has already
started potty training, has been crate-trained, and has been thoroughly
socialized.

Our dogs eat healthy food without antbiotics or chemicals. We feed our dogs a
daily serving of raw chicken and all-natural supplemental treats for good
behavior. We believe it is best for puppies to have a sound beginning with their
mother’s milk, and only begin to introduce solid foot at six weeks. (Click
here for
video of Laura and new owner with puppy Sonora at her first experience with solid
food). We believe strongly in giving our puppies as solid a beginning as possible
and only begin placing new puppies at 10 weeks.
When you and your puppy are united, you will receive:

1. The puppies pedigree.
2. Documentation of parents' health testing.
3. Copy of the puppies shot record.
4. Food Schedule.

You will receive American Kennel Club and/or United Kennel Club Limited
Registration Application after providing proof of spay or neuter, which is usually
performed at 9 months. The puppy buyer personally registers their puppy.
